Transfer Value Assessment

For this walkthrough, we use Harbor Industrial Supply, an example business that sells industrial supplies. Some customer accounts depend on its founder, and a critical operating process depends on one manager. We created the Transfer Value Assessment to help owners and buyers understand what could be at risk when those people step away. Here, we will show how we examine the evidence, estimate the financial exposure, and model what changes when another person can take over.

What continues when the owner steps away?

The Transfer Value Assessment starts with one intake document completed by HR and the CFO. Existing records show where value depends on people, processes and AI claims. No interviews or self-ratings are required.

Delivery is ten business days from accepted complete intake and confirmed payment. We will follow the evidence through to the result and next action.

Calculation source and boundaries

Evidence Ladder component caps are separate from the dollar coverage model. Independent comparison with gf_model.py remains pending. The supplied third bucket contains adjustment claims beyond AI; it retains the source allocations without silently reclassifying them.
