Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GrowFast platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

GrowFast provides AI-enhanced advisory services to companies navigating strategic transitions. Our platform facilitates collaboration between clients and consultants through document sharing, milestone tracking, meeting coordination, and project management tools.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your company or organization to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To access the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account access with unauthorized parties

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The platform, including software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by GrowFast and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant GrowFast a license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide Services to you.

Deliverables

Advisory deliverables, reports, and analysis created for your engagement become your property upon completion and payment, subject to any separate engagement agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide Services, with your consent, or as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in separate engagement agreements.

Fees and Payment

Fees for advisory services are established in separate engagement agreements. Payment terms, scope, and deliverables are defined on a per-engagement basis. Platform access may be contingent on active engagement status.

AI and Technology Disclaimer

Our Services may incorporate AI-enhanced tools for research, analysis, and insight generation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated by human advisors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Advisory services do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GrowFast harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, though certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowFast operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowFast regarding the Services.
